THE STORY 

Krystal Carter CEO, 34 year old mother of a gorgeous princess, striving to create a business built on passion, dedication and personal touch. Determined to bring joy and grand gestures to the most intricate and memorable occasions in life.

 

Growing up on the south side of Chicago, with southern hospitality, family parties, creating memories, enjoying numerous events, and traveling with my family was a big part of my upbringing. Born the baby of five much older siblings, being alone, I spent most of my free time learning arts and crafts. My mom always brought home various crafting kits from jewelry sets to tie dying. As I grew older, helping with family functions, parties, decorating, and creating keep sakes became second nature and a passion. I pride myself on making the simplest occasion feel so grand. 

 

In 2005, I realized it was time to turn my passion into a business. From there I began to do more parties, picnics, baby showers and created my own graphic designs on clothing. Being my own name brand...

Fast forward to present time 2020, a year of tribulations yet triumphs. It has pushed many of us to change mindsets and grow to higher aspects of our lives we never imagined we would have to. 

 

On October 20, 2020, the loss of my Queen, My Mother took a very emotional and mental toll on me. Going through the process of her not being with me through my trials and over-comings and success has been a challenge. I am forever grateful for all she has taught me. Pure Xtravagance Enterprise is dedicated to my very crafty, forever joyful, giving and loving mother. We hope to make you proud. We will continue in your footsteps and carry the baton to pass down to your grandchildren and share creativity and joy with all who want to partake.”
